"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

ohh I just visited the forums just now.... uhh guess its been a while... waa( It took me a while to get over my examination results *it was SO horrible >.<
For some reason the forums are down. The host had a post at the top of the board, but I didn't read it till it was too late... Anyway, I think it's just maintenance, so it *should* be back up tomorrow.
